Beverly J. Gibson, 72, of Edgerton, WI passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at Edgerton Hospital. She was born on November 4, 1939 in Valley City, ND, the daughter of Maurice and Margaret (Amundson) Anderson. She attended Fargo, ND High School. Beverly was formerly employed by Borg Corporation, Parker Pen Company and for 19 years in the dietary department at the Skaalen Home in Stoughton prior to retiring.
Surviving are her partner of 36 years, Shirley Fingerson of Edgerton,  two children, Rhonda Gibson of Janesville, Brian (Sylvia) Gibson of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, her daughter-in-law, Patty Gibson, nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, four sisters, Shirley Purington of Detroit Lakes, MN, Arlene Johnson of Madison, WI, Carol Mengelt of Janesville, Lois Turk of Milton, two brothers, Russell Anderson of Bend, Oregon, David Johnson of Janesville and many wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Curtis Gibson.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2012 at Hope Lutheran Church, 335 Dairyland Drive, Milton. Pastor Rachel Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday. The family is being assisted by Henke-Clarson Funeral Home. www.henkeclarson.com.
